Gold Car Policy Insurance

Gold Car Policy:

The policy indemnifies the loss or damage suffered by the insured private car and its parts during the period of insurance within the geographical area of the State of Kuwait, as a result of:

Collision or Overturning Accident, Fire or Self-combustion and External Explosion, Robbery or Theft, Fault or deliberate act of third party, except when breach of trust or fraud is involved.

Additional policy benefits:

• No excess/deductible costs borne by the insured for opening a claim file.
• No depreciation on spare parts.
• Coverage of un-known accidents up to K.D750/-, the insured will bear 50% of any amount exceeding that amount.
• Free replacement car for maximum of 15 days.
• Agency repair for models less than 2 years.
• One time free broken windshield replacement at agency for cars less than 3 years old.
• Personal accident coverage for the car's owner, their spouse, parents, sons and daughters who are deemed passengers in the insured's car at time of accident. The coverage allows maximum benefit K.D 10000/- for each injured person and with a total cap of K.D 25000/- for all personal accidents during the policy period.
• Complementary Travel Assistance coverage for the insured and their immediate family members against accidents and incidental sudden illness they may be exposed to within the geographical areas listed in this policy.
