What we cover

An organization during the course of its business activities can cause loss/damage to the property of their principals/third parties in relation to goods / property which are under the organizations care, custody & control. Under Marine we offer coverage to protect the insured from the following category of liabilities.

Type of Liability Policies

• Stevedoring liability: Insures the liability obligations a stevedore has for damage to vessels and their cargo while in the care, custody and control of the stevedore for the purpose of loading and discharging a vessel.
• Marina Operator’s liability: Insures the liability obligations a marina operator has to owners of watercraft while in the marina’s care, custody and control.
• Haulier / Carrier’s Liability: Insures the liability of the carrier to his principle in respect of loss or damage to cargo in their care, custody and control.
• Freight Forwarder Liability: Insures the liability of the freight forwarder towards their principles in case of loss or damage to cargo under their care and custody.
